Its rooms are brand-new and well-equipped for a really good stay for short business trip. I have not had such a comfortable bed at any other accommodation.

Plenty of products for a satisfactory breakfast. Compact a twin room with views of sea.

The atmosphere created was casual. The rooms were well-equipped and exceptionally clean with smoke detectors for our safety.

This hotel is excellent, just opposite the tube station, and within easy access of all business and shopping districts. The location is perfect for the meetings I attended at the conference center. The rooms are very well equipped with all the amenities we needed, such as pajama shirts, toothbrushes, shaving kit, brushes. The staff was friendly and attentive, making our stay enjoyable.

The work table in the room was small and could have been bigger for more workspace. Despite this, all other aspects of our stay were great.

It was in a favourable and great location with Yokohama Red Brick Warehouse Shopping Center nearby.

The stuff are very very helpful and hospitable, the hotel is fairly clean and the breakfast is satisfactory. The property has got a good restaurant. Recommend to anyone.

Our room was perfectly clean with a view. The location was favourable and great, and we could reach Yokohama Port Museum by walking.

Even though some of the staff were very unfriendly, I had a nice stay. The room I stayed in was exceptionally clean, it had 2 single beds. The nice bathroom with hairdryers, a bidet, and bath sheets.

Everything was perfect, including very helpful and hospitable staff. We greatly enjoyed their great breakfast with nice view and western food, as example. The location was central, INCREDIBLE super close to subway.

I was upgraded to brand-new and compact a twin room for your suitcases. All the needed facilities and WiFi were there too. The location was nice and ideal, for example, Yokohama Museum of Art was relatively near the hotel.

This hotel is a great value for money, with prices that won't break the bank. The attention to detail is evident, from the basic amenities in the rooms to the warm air that greets you upon arrival. The location is unbeatable, just a short walk from Yokohama train station and within walking distance of most of Yokohama's attractions. Plus, being situated above a small mall means you have everything you need right at your doorstep.

All was fine, no improvements needed.

It's very convenient to close to Miratomirai area. AS small double bed is too small, we have to change to twin bed with surcharge.

Good location and reasonable price for Yokahama.
